Yes, we ship worldwide.
Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a link so you can track your package.
For orders placed within Europe the estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 business days. The estimated delivery time to the USA and Canada is between 5 - 9 business days and for all other international countries 6 - 12 business days.
You can track your order through the link we send you by email once your order has been shipped.
We process orders every day and ship them from Monday - Friday. We cannot guarantee that your request to change or cancel your order can be processed in time. Once your order is shipped you will not be able to change or cancel your order anymore. Please get in touch with our customer service team so we can do our best to help you.
Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs duties and taxes. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
We have an easy return policy in case you would like to return your order for a refund or exchange. Simply send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for returning. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings and cuffs because of hygienic reasons.Check our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All orders are shipped in our signature Mavolla boxes and pouches. Besides being beautiful, the box and pouch are ideal to store your pieces!
Don’t worry if an item is missing! Orders are occasionally shipped separately to ensure the most optimized shipping time. However, please contact our customer service team in case you received a wrong item and we will make sure to correct this.
