However, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or wrong item we will make sure to refund or replace your order. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
When you apply for a refund, we will ask you to provide us with a photo of the damaged or wrong item. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In case we ask you to send the wrong or damaged item back to our office, we will take care of the shipping costs.
Please note that you will have to contact us within 30 days after receival to be eligible for a refund.
